Zubair Mumtaz, Vice President, Raymond James
Zubair has over 14 years of international work experience mainly related to Corporate Banking. He has worked in the back-office, middle-office and front-office of corporate banking (mostly front-office) at various global financial institutions.
He is currently working at Raymond James, as Vice President – Corporate Banking, managing one of the most diverse portfolios totaling commitments of over $700MM. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin (U.S.) in 2000, and recently completed his Masters of Business Administration (specializing in Financeand Global Mining Management)on a part-time basis, at the Schulich School of Business,York University(Canada) 2014.
As a key profit centerin the banks, corporate and commercial banking provide clients with financial services that are tailor made, including lending and cross-selling products. Within these services, the role of credit serves as a key element in the decision making.
